We know that you ordered from us because you are a fan of what we do. We also know that things don’t always go as expected. If you want to return an item for exchange; give us some feedback about a product; or ask us a question about your order, please send us an email to the customer service email address above and a member of our team will be on hand to help as soon as possible. Please note that queries made over the weekend will be responded to in the following week.
What you need to know:
If your order isn't quite right, we operate with a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your order delivery date, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
You are more than welcome to return your item for a replacement size. We will always replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange an item send your item to the address listed below but all necessary information will be included in your order.
Photographic evidence of damaged items needs to be provided to approve a replacement or refund.
Christmas Returns and Exchanges
If you're buying for a gift and it's not quite right, we're happy to accept exchanges up until the 16th January 2022.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This is usually done straight away but may take up to 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@art-of-
We will not refund an item in full when the item is not in its original condition, there are clear signs of use or it is damaged for reasons not due to our error. Nor any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Unless your t-shirt was defective when you received it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
