We know you ordered from us because you really liked what we do but we also understand that sometimes things aren’t quite what you expected or the person you bought it for doesn’t have the taste you thought they had! Never mind, it’s not a problem, just make sure you return it within 30 days as that’s how long our policy lasts. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Most companies say that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our products come gift wrapped like a present and we understand that it has to be opened (and possibly tried on) before you know it’s not right for you. All we ask is that you return it in the box with as much of the packaging as possible.
To complete your return, please quote your original order number.
We will not refund in full when any item not in its original condition, there are clear signs of use or it is damaged for reasons not due to our error. Nor any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This is usually done straight away but may take up to 14 days.
Damaged items (if applicable)
Evidence of damaged items needs to be provided to approve a replacement or refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will always replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are also happy to exchange items if they are the wrong size or wrong colour. Unless your t-shirt was defective when you received it you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
